1. Data We Collect

• Business information entered during onboarding (business name, industry, location, revenue stage, target market, goals, and related profile data)
• Contact information (name, email address, phone number) provided during registration or lead capture
• Usage and analytics data — page views, CTA clicks, and engagement events recorded via our ExperienceEvent system on public Business Experience pages
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. Level 4 Businesses™ does not store, transmit, or have access to raw credit card numbers or banking credentials. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc. under their own privacy and security standards.
• AI-generated content and outputs created during your use of the platform (offer copy, lead lists, marketing plans, etc.), which are stored to your account for your continued use

2. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver the Level 4 Businesses™ platform — generating AI-powered offers, leads, marketing assets, and revenue plans using your provided business context
• To personalize and improve AI-generated outputs based on your business profile and historical usage
• To process subscription payments and manage your account through Stripe
• To send transactional communications (account updates, service notifications)
• To analyze aggregate platform usage and improve product functionality
• To display analytics on your public Business Experience pages (ExperienceEvent data)

3. Third-Party Services

We may share or process your data through the following third-party services:

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and subscription management. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic (Claude) and/or OpenAI — AI content generation. Your business profile data and prompts are transmitted to one or more of these providers to generate offers, leads, marketing copy, and strategic recommendations. These providers do not use your data to train their models under our enterprise agreements.
• Google Places API — used to surface real local business prospects in the Daily Buyer Intelligence™ feature based on your business location and target market. Query data (industry + location) is transmitted to Google.
• Meta Marketing API — only transmitted to Meta when you explicitly connect your own Meta Business ad account via OAuth. Level 4 Businesses™ does not access your Meta ad account without your authorization.
• Google Ads API — only transmitted to Google when you explicitly connect your own Google Ads account via OAuth. Level 4 Businesses™ does not access your Google Ads account without your authorization.
• Base44 (platform infrastructure) — our application is built on and hosted by the Base44 platform, which provides authentication, database, and compute infrastructure.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Level 4 Businesses™ does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Period.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our platform uses session cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. Our public Business Experience pages use first-party analytics tracking (ExperienceEvent) to record page views and CTA interactions — this data is scoped to the business owner's account and is not shared with advertisers. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on our platform pages.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing
• Lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business need (e.g., payment records for tax compliance).

1. Description of Service

Level 4 Businesses™ is an AI-powered business growth platform that guides entrepreneurs and business owners through building four business systems — the Offer Machine™ (Stage 1), Acquisition Machine™ (Stage 2), Sales Machine™ (Stage 3), and Scale Machine™ (Stage 4). The platform generates AI-assisted offers, marketing assets, lead intelligence, sales workflows, and revenue planning tools based on your business inputs.

2. Subscription and Billing

• Stage 1 (Offer Machine™) is available on a free trial basis.
• Stage 2 (Acquisition Machine™) is available as a one-time or recurring paid upgrade.
• The primary subscription is billed at $497/month (or the price displayed at checkout), recurring monthly until cancelled.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through that period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at app@level4businesses.com within 7 days of the charge.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

3. AI-Generated Content — No Guarantee of Outcomes

The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate leads, marketing copy, business recommendations, and revenue plans. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a productivity and planning tool, not as a guarantee of any specific business outcome, revenue result, or lead accuracy.
• The Daily Buyer Intelligence™ and Lead Vault features may surface both real businesses sourced from Google Places and AI-generated illustrative prospect suggestions. These are visually labeled within the product (real vs. AI-suggested). It is your responsibility to verify prospect details before contact.
• Revenue projections, forecasts, and target calculations shown in the platform are estimates derived from user-provided assumptions (deal value, close rate, revenue goal). They are not guarantees of future performance.
• AI-generated marketing copy may require your review and modification before use, particularly in regulated industries (health, financial services, legal). The platform includes compliance flags for regulated categories, but you are responsible for final compliance.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate business information during onboarding. Inaccurate inputs will produce inaccurate outputs.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and platform policies (Meta Advertising Policies, Google Ads policies, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) when using AI-generated marketing content.
• You may not use the Service to generate content that is misleading, fraudulent, or violates any applicable law.
• You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions before contacting any prospects surfaced by the platform.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute AI-generated outputs as your own proprietary product without modification.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Level 4 Businesses™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees
• Engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the platform

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination by emailing app@level4businesses.com.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

(a) AI-Generated Leads and Recommendations

Leads, business prospects, marketing recommendations, and strategic advice generated by Level 4 Businesses™ are produced by artificial intelligence based on your provided business context. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, current, complete, or to result in sales, appointments, or revenue. Real business data sourced from Google Places is provided as-is from that third-party API and may be outdated or inaccurate. AI-suggested prospects are illustrative and have not been independently verified. Always conduct your own due diligence before contacting any prospect.

(b) Revenue Projections and Forecasts

Revenue targets, forecasts, pipeline projections, and acquisition targets displayed within the platform — including those shown in the Revenue Objective Layer, Pillar Health Diagnostic, Revenue Command Center, and Growth Scenario Engine — are mathematical estimates calculated from assumptions you provide (e.g., deal value, close rate, ad budget, revenue goal). These are planning tools only. Past performance of AI recommendations does not guarantee future results. Level 4 Businesses™ makes no warranty that using the platform will result in any specific level of revenue growth.

(c) Advertising Platform Compliance

When using AI-generated ad copy, targeting recommendations, or campaign structures to run paid advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, or any other platform, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with that platform's advertising policies, community standards, and applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to, prohibited content rules, disclosure requirements for regulated industries (health, finance, legal), and data handling requirements for custom audiences. Level 4 Businesses™ is not responsible for ad disapprovals, account suspensions, or policy violations resulting from your use of AI-generated content on third-party advertising platforms.
